GMIT students took top prizes at Ireland’s first ever Food Tech startup weekend hosted by the SuperPixel Labs in Galway on 8, 9 and 10 April.

GMIT students on the BA in Bar & Restaurant Management degree (year 2) who hosted a gourmet dinner for 50 guests in the GMIT College of Tourism & Arts restaurant, in aid of the Galway RNLI Lifeboat. Second year students of the Bachelor of Business in Bar & Restaurant Management in GMIT hosted a special culinary and dining experience for members of the public last evening (Monday 11 April) with all proceeds going to the Galway RNLI Lifeboat.
