If you would like to study in Ireland for one or two semesters as part of your degree in your home country, GMIT makes an excellent choice.
GMIT welcomes nearly 100 Erasmus exchange students every year.
Interested in spending a semester or full academic year in GMIT?

If your college has an international student exchange agreement with GMIT (see list of Erasmus partners, (PDF, 70KB)) why not discuss your plans with your international office.

Complete the GMIT Erasmus Application Form (MS Word, 802KB) and send it to the GMIT International Office.

If offered a place, complete a Learning Contract and specify the modules you will study in GMIT. These modules will earn you credit at home through the European Credit Transfer Scheme (ECTS) (External Link).

Your college will be formally notified of your GMIT examination results as soon as they are declared and you can resume your studies at home.
