Former graduates have found career opportunities in public and private sector organizations such as the Valuation Office, National Treasury Management Agency, Jones Lang laSalle, Savills, CBRE, etc. in Ireland and abroad.
Follow-on Studies
GMIT Honours (Level 8) qualifications are recognised world-wide for post-graduate study. Former graduates have undertaken post-graduate studies in areas such as economics, finance, planning, marketing, etc.
Other Essential Information
Year 3 Students have an option to undertake professional placement, an alternative programme of study or a combination of both, in Ireland or abroad.
Recognition by professional bodiesThe programme is currently fully accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This is a world-wide recognised property qualification and this has enabled many former graduates to obtain employment in the property industry world-wide.
