The LINKS Office

Works with students and industry to manage work placements for the College of Tourism and Arts

The Links Office manages the work placement activity for students in the College of Tourism and Arts.

Each year, almost 500 students undertake work placements all over the world, and the Links Office oversees the placement and monitoring of these students.

In addition to managing work placements, the office co-ordinates and manages a schools liaison programme, alumni activities and other regional projects.

Work Placement Durations:

Students on most degree programmes undertake a 12 week work placement after year one, and a 30 week international work placement during or after year two.

The College of Tourism and Arts has links with placement providers in Ireland, UK, France, Spain, Belgium, the US and many more countries.
