The LINKS Office in GMIT College of Tourism & Arts:
Works with hospitality and tourism students to support and advise on work placement opportunities. Work placement is a mandatory part of all hospitality and tourism courses.
Engages with hospitality and tourism partners worldwide. This ensures students have opportunities to undertake work placement and seek employment in a country of their choice.
Oversees the Schools Liaison programme, meets students from secondary schools and organises tours of the College of Tourism & Arts and the GMIT campus.
Plans and manages all Open Day activities for the College of Tourism & Arts.
Reaches out to alumni all over the world ensuring they are kept up to date with the latest news and developments from GMIT.
Organises the annual College of Tourism and Arts Careers Fair in March each year.

If you are a tourism employer interested in meeting students with a view to work placements, internships or graduate programmes, consider attending our careers fair.
The next fair takes place on Wednesday 8th March, 2017.
