Purpose

An introduction to nutrition for sports training. It’s designed to address the needs of athletes either for a specific event or in general, and will cover how to maximize performance and minimize injury using good nutrition.

Course Tutor:

Lyn Jullien (M.Sc., Dip.NT) is a Nutritional Therapist with a private practice and an active member of the Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists in Ireland (ARCHTI). After 10 years in the IT industry, she has first hand experience with the effect of stress on the body. Her expertise lies in developing simple nutritional meal plans for anybody looking to improve their overall health. In her practice, she believes that good nutrition should be easy, and she empowers her clients to take control of their own health.
