PAL Programmes, 2009-2010

Phase 1 of PAL Programme

Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology's & Athlone Institute of Technology's Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Programme Phase 1 commenced in February 2009. A total of 6 programmes with 145 first year students were involved and they were supported by 15 peer leaders. The evaluation report of Phase 1 is available online from September 2009.

Phase 2 of PAL Programme

Phase 2 of the PAL Programme is offered to first year students on 12 programmes from September 2009 for one hour per week in semester one and two. The PAL Programme is available to all first year programmes in the Letterfrack campus.
