PAL/PASS Leaders
Responsible for:

Planning and facilitating group discussions with first year groups (aka, 'PAL/PASS Sessions').

Proving appropriate advice on independent learning, good study habits, and other learning techniques to their PAL/PASS group.

Communicating with their PAL/PASS groups via Learnonline, GMIT's Learning Management System.

Completing and filing PAL/PASS Session Reviews and Attendance Registers, and reporting any feedback or issues to the PAL/PASS programme team, a PAL/PASS Coordinator, School Managment, Class Reps, Course Coordinators of Tutors.

Maintaining a professional attitude on issues such as confidentiality, marks, standards, and student complaints.
