SPECIAL NOTICES


ID Cards
Students must produce ID cards when requesting letters, forms for stamping etc.

Cost of replacement ID card is €20.


New Bank Account Details
To submit your Bank Account Details for the first time, please ensure that you notify the Office of Academic Affairs, using the Student Bank Account Details Form (PDF).


Change of Address and/or Bank Details
If you have changed your permanent or home address during the term, or are planning to do so over the summer, please ensure that you notify the Office of Academic Affairs, using the Student Change of Details Form (PDF, 19 KB).

This form can also be used to record changes in relation to your Bank Details.

Failure to notify us of your Change of Address will result in your not receiving your registration documentation, and can lead to you being regarded as a Late Registration; this carries a fee penalty of €250.


Autumn Repeat Exam Students
If you successfully repeated exams in the Autumn Repeat Exam Session you will be able to collect your registration documentation on-campus (Room 347 for Galway and Cluain Mhuire campuses; see notices in Castlebar and Letterfrack for collection points there) in September. 

As soon as they are available for collection, you will be informed through your School.
