Design Thinking and Principles 2

This module will deal with in more depth with selected Design Thinking Methods. It will also focus on the application of technology to design principles and to methodologies and aspects of the design thinking process. The module will make extensive use of examples and practical exercises.

The modules will also address more modern trends in design problem solving.

1. Evaluate, select and apply a variety of Design Thinking Methodologies and Tools

2. Define a design problem in comprehensive terms and viewpoints

3. Research, develop and evaluate alternative ideas and possible solutions

4. Communicate potential solutions and develop testing and implementation plans
