Graphic Design and Illustration 2

Description

This module seeks to capitalise on Graphic Design & Illustration 1 and focus more on the application of these lessons, as well as the outcomes of associated software modules, into a cohesive and wide ranging design brief realisation.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Demonstrable ability to originate, negotiate, manage and present a set of ideas graphically utilising all the critical and material skills learned thus far.

  2. integrate the theoretical and practical elements of graphic design into workflow and outcomes.

  3. Generate meaning from typographic, illustrative and graphic information.

  4. Deliver solutions across 2d and screen outcomes as well as 3d and motion graphics, if necessary.

  5. Meaningfully integrate photographic, digital media, motion graphic, video and CAD elements into the research element of the project.
