Description

This module is centered around the final, self-directed project, which will have been selected at the end of Semester 7. This is an independent design project requiring the development of a body of work in consultation with staff and peers. As a parallel track, students continue to hone their portfolios and develop an enhanced online presence.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Deliver a professional grade design product to market.

  2. Develop an idea, product or concept from initialisation to delivery, incorporating critical and material skills learned during the programme.

  3. Communicate problems, concerns and queries clearly with staff and peers throughout the process.

  4. Engage in time and production management throughout the process.

  5. Ensure the project is finished to the highest possible standard and delivered on time
