Overview
This programme provides an excellent introduction to the world of Hotel and Hospitality Operations, inclusive of bar and restaurant training.
Students will gain hands on practical experience in the College training facilities serving customers, as well as studying relevant business modules.
The programme design and structure provides a wonderful platform for students to adapt to third level education, while providing the opportunity to progress towards a Level 7 and Level 8 qualification.
Through training in our restaurants, bar and rooms facilities, students will gain professional and technical skills essential for all hospitality professionals, in a teacher led, relaxed environment. In addition, as a result of your training in these departments you will gain a full understanding of the role of quality service in the industry, ensuring that you provide an outstanding service experience for all visitors to your place of work.
Finally, students on this programme can expect to participate in field trips to local and national properties, which will support their college-based learning activities.
