Seven courses are available for unemployed people under the Government’s Springboard initiative. These courses are delivered over two months.
A wide range of general interest and hobby courses are offered in areas such as Business, Engineering, Science, IT and Tourism & Arts.
Peter Butler, Lifelong Learning Co-ordinator, GMIT Galway, says "One of the new part-time offerings from this Septembers is the BA in Human Resource Management which, on successful completion, provides associate membership of CIPD.”
“We also have newly accredited modules such as Quality Management 1 & 2 which satisfy the training requirement for the EIQA Diploma in Quality Management.”
