GMIT launches digital edition of new GMIT Prospectus

Virtual Open Days in all campuses from November 2020 to May 2021

GMIT’s Schools Liaison Office is pleased to unveil its new digital version of the GMIT Prospectus 2021/22 which is now available to browse on https://flipbook.proactive.ie/view/461759/82/ on all devices.

Designed and developed by Galway-based marketing company Proactive, the online prospectus displays an interactive version of the hard copy prospectus and provides hyperlinks to each course discipline, as well as links to information about how to apply to GMIT, and details about the five campuses in Galway and Mayo, Students Services, and supports and information on postgraduate and professional development courses on all campuses.

Dr Michael Hannon, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Registrar, says: “The interactive prospectus is user-friendly, easy to navigate and features a range of interesting case studies from the student’s own perspective, and excellent videos. It includes live website links, active email addresses and social media links.”

GMIT Schools Liaison and Marketing Offices will host a number of virtual Open Days over the coming weeks and months, the first of which will go live on Saturday, 21 November, 10am to 1pm, with all five campuses represented.  A further Open Day for all campuses will take place in Spring, on 13 March 2021, 10am to  1pm.

The Letterfrack Campus Virtual Open Day takes place on Friday, 13 November, 2pm to 5pm, with a further open event on 27 March 2021, 11am to 2pm.

The Mayo Campus Virtual Open Day takes place on Saturday 14 November, 10am to 1pm, with a further event on 5 May 2021, 2pm to 5pm.

The Centre for Creative Arts and Media (CCAM) Creative Pathways  Virtual Open Day takes place on 26 January 2021, 10am to 3pm.

The Mountbellew Campus Open Day takes place on 3 March 2021, 9.30am to 3pm.

A special virtual information event for Further Education, PLC, Mature, Graduate and Professional Development Students will take place on 21 Jan 2021, 5pm to 7pm (all campuses).  All of these events will be held online. For further information and details, please email slo@gmit.ie
