This Certificate in Applied Leadership and Management in GMIT has been designed to develop the leadership, managerial, and organisational skills of the Health and Social Care and Public Sector leader and manager.
Students who complete the Certificate in Applied Leadership and Management may wish to progress to the Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Leadership and Management and ultimately to the MSc in Applied Leadership and Management.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements for students entering these programmes is level 8 H2.2. Recognition of prior learning will be in line with GMIT Academic Code of practice number 6. Prospective students who hold a level 7 degree may be recommended to undertake a level 8 bridging module for example ‘Foundations in Research’ (NURS08142) prior to commencing the programme.
