Site Management 2

This module builds upon the basic procedures and process knowledge acquired in the site management 1 module and develops the student's understanding of construction management. The students are also assisted in preparing for their work placement in the 2nd semester

1. Develop project schedules for construction projects

2. Assess project risk and design appropriate mitigation measures

3. Evaluate productivity levels and propose improvement strategies

4. Assess motivation options and apply to the construction workplace

5. Develop report writing skills

6. Set out a building using a total station
