1. Understand and implement the correct care and service of wine.

2. Identify different wine styles.

3. Chose wines according to personal taste and budget.

4. Evaluate wines in relation to colour, bouquet and taste.

5. Effectively harmonize wines and food.

6. Display an understanding of the wine market in Ireland.
