Description
This module aims to develop an awareness of the significance of change and change management within health and social care settings .It aims to develop an awareness of the significance of education within nursing practice focusing on teaching and creating a learning environment, mentorship, supervision and preceptorship.It is the aim of the module to develop the students skills and knowledge to enable them to promote change and development within nursing practice.
