The module develops a thorough understanding of contemporary issues in employee relations across an international context. The module aims to evaluate the role of the institutions in the employment relationship and various organisational and national institutional approaches to employee voice.

3. Analyse how various voice mechanisms shape employer-employee power dynamics.
