Culinary & Gastronomic Sciences and Culinary & Gastronomic Sciences (Hons)

Three/four year degree combining scientific principles with food. The first two years focus on practical culinary skills and basic food science, while the latter years focus on advanced scientific skills and food product development.

Engineering Common Entry and Engineering Common Entry (Hons)

One year common entry to Agricultural / Biomedical / Energy / Manufacturing Design / Mechanical Engineering - a great choice if you want to keep your options open.


Event Management and Public Relations (Hons)

Four year honours degree that prepares graduates to work in all aspects of the planning, marketing and management of events and public relations programmes. Includes a 30 week work placement.

Food Innovation and Enterprise and Food Innovation and Enterprise (Hons)

Three/four year degree that prepares graduates for business roles available in the world of food - graduates can work in a variety of food product development roles, as chefs, or develop their own business.


Manufacturing Engineering Design

Three year, practical degree which prepares graduates to work as manufacturing engineers in local, national and international manufacturing and service industries


Retail Management (Hons)

An exciting four year honours degree that prepares graduates for a management career in the retail sector. Includes a 30 week work placement in Ireland or overseas.

Agricultural Engineering and Agricultural Engineering (Hons)

Three/four year degree focusing on design, manufacturing and agricultural sciences.  Graduates can work as engineers within the agricultural industry in Ireland & overseas.

Biomedical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering (Hons)

Three/four year degree designed to equip graduates with a broad range of biological and engineering skills  necessary to develop a career in the growing MedTech sector.



Early Childhood Education and Care

Three year degree, with 12 hours practice development per week in an Early Years setting. Garda vetting required.



International Hotel Management (Hons)

Four year honours degree, with a 12 week work placement in Ireland at the end of Year One, and a 30 week International work placement at the end of Year Two.
