Description

The Creative Enterprise Programme supports people to set up and build sustainable creative businesses in a variety of disciplines (TV & Film, Virtual Production, Games, Animation, content development, digital arts, AR, VR to name a few). Market development is a crucial factor for the success and sustainability of a creative enterprise. Students completing this module will have identified their audience / customer and have put in place a plan to reach their audience, acquire consumers and grow their business.

Creative enterprises often lack information about the market and the kind of support structures available. This module focuses on the development of a market strategy and position for creative entrepreneurs and the development of an audience / customer acquisition strategy and a journey map. At the end of this module, students will have developed a clearly defined detailed marketing plan.

The module follows the Creative Ideation module and runs in parallel with the Creative Venture Planning module.
