We will email an Invitation to Register to your ATU student email account in mid-August with details on how to register and pay your fees online.

If you are applying for an add-on programme, you will receive your invitation by post over the summer period.

Continuing students in most cases start back on 20th September, 2021.

If you haven’t received your Invitation to Register by then please email

You must register online by 20th September, 2021.  If you haven't registered by this date you will lose access to IT facilities.

*** Students who register online are liable for fees as per the current year fees schedule. Students who fail to complete registration and pay all outstanding fees, will not be allowed to progress to the next stage of their course or graduate from ATU.***

Student ID Cards

Continuing Students (students who were in GMIT in 2020/21 and are returning to ATU for the academic year 2021/22)
Your student ID card will be posted to your mailing address from the 13th September 2021 provided you have registered for the academic year 2021/22. 

Please ensure that the correct mailing address is on your registration record - check

Those registering late may experience a delay in receiving their ID card.
