Animal and Crop Production Science 1

This module provides the student with an overview of animal and crop production science with particular emphasis on production in Ireland.

1. Understand the principles and procedures in the production of livestock and crops on Irish farms.

2. Perform a range of routine farm skills and work to set targets

3. Work under guidance with livestock and crop enterprises on a farm

4. Adopt safe working practices with animals, machines and buildings
