This module introduces learners to communications theory and practice and encourages them to develop skills which will make them more effective communicators in their personal and professional careers.

plan, design and deliver effective oral presentations, using appropriate visual aid
produce professional documentation following accepted conventions of design, structure and content which is grammatically and technically correct
