Financial and Business Management 1

This course will enable the student to be able recognise how a company both financially and practically is managed. It will encourage to students to be aware of different management situations that may arise and how to apply different theories and skills to help solve these problems that arise.

1. Interpret financial statements and financial terminology.

2. Understand the relevant tax areas in the construction industry.

3. Understand and explain the formation and constitution of Business Orgainisations.

4. Understand and explain the core aspects of management.

5. Explain and discuss the approaches to management.
