Introduction to Business Law
Description
This module is intended to give the student an understanding of the manner in which behaviour in society is regulated by legal principles. It will also provide the student with an understanding of the significance of these legal principles in the world of business and in particular the legal status of contractual terms and the consequence of non-performance.
