This module is intended to give the student an understanding of law and its applications within the tourism environment.

  2. Understand the manner in which behaviour in society is regulated by legal principles

  3. Understand the legal status of contractual terms and the consequences of non-performance

  4. Identify relevant legislative provisions pertaining to the management of a tourism business
