Description
An introduction to Irish law, especially Health and Safety regulation. Professionals working with children, young people and adults require a deep appreciation of health, safety and well-being. Learning Outcomes
Have a knowledge and understanding of the legislation, safety requirements and regulations associated with activities, outdoors and indoors.
Have a specific understanding of the risk associated with outdoor activities and management of same, identify risk-rich environments to support children's well-being, play and resilience.
